Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from contacting you about a course you have booked.
Booking information
Live course bookings may be processed through Humanitix.
When you book through Humanitix, information needed to process your booking and payment may be handled by Humanitix in accordance with its own privacy terms.
We may receive information such as your name, email address, booking details and attendance information so that we can administer the event.
Website and Wix
Our website is built and hosted using Wix.
Wix may process technical information necessary to host and operate the website, provide forms, security, analytics and related services.
Email and business systems
We use Microsoft 365 for business email and related administrative services.
Information you send to us by email may therefore be processed and stored within Microsoft systems.
Online sessions
Live online courses may be delivered through Zoom.
If you attend an online session, Zoom may process information such as your display name, email address, device information and connection data.
Sessions will not normally be recorded. If we ever intend to record a session, participants will be told in advance.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting and administrative requirements.
As a general guide:

contact-form enquiries may be retained for up to 2 years

mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or we determine it is no longer required

booking and financial records may be retained for up to 6 years where required for tax and accounting purposes
We may review these periods from time to time.
