About the event
What can psychology really tell us about why some people become serial killers?
This relaxed, interactive session explores the myths, research and psychological factors associated with repeated killing.
We’ll look at areas such as childhood and development, personality, empathy, behaviour and the interaction between different risk factors, while challenging some of the common stereotypes surrounding serial killers.
No previous knowledge of psychology is needed. The session is designed for adults who are simply curious to learn more and enjoy discussing interesting ideas.
